In response to the
COVID-19 pandemic, the federal government declared a public health emergency (PHE) and passed a law that allowed you to automatically keep your Medicaid coverage (continuous Medicaid). Based on the new federal law, continuous Medicaid eligibility ended on March 31, 2023, so you need to renew your benefits when it’s time to ensure your coverage will continue if you are eligible.

Disability Policy Seminar! The Arc and six other leading disability organizations co-host the premier advocacy event of the year, focused on strengthening federal advocacy efforts and amplifying the concerns of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) before Congress. This year’s event will have virtual policy programming and training sessions on April 24 followed by an in-person "Fly-In" Hill Day on April 27 in Washington,
DC.
The Whole Person
